Mantra is a word in concentration for meditation, like a chant. Chant the Chakra Mantra for balancing and enhancing energy.

  • Take a seat. Make sure you’re seated with your back straight, but still relaxed. Take a deep breath, filling your lungs from bottom to top.
  • Begin chanting the Mantra 1, Lam”, pronounced “lom”.
  • Take a deep breath.
  • Switch to the chant 2, “vam”, pronounced the same way.
  • Take another deep breath. Continue this process with the remaining Chants.
  • We recommend you repeat this process 3-5 more times. However, you can do more or less depending on your expectations for the practice.
  • Tip: Visualize the colors inside your body as you move through the sounds.
